What comes in the envelope?
Four handmade things every month: stickers, postcards, a surprise item and the happy mail letter. The theme changes each month.
When does my envelope ship?
Envelopes go out once a month. Subscribe before the monthly cut-off and your first envelope ships in the same month.
How does billing work?
You pay once a month by card. The price includes shipping to your country.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like, from your subscription page. You keep the envelopes you already paid for.
How much is shipping?
For the club, shipping is included in the monthly price. For the shop, shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
Which countries do you ship to?
The United States and Brazil for now. Prices appear in your currency, and you can change the country next to any price.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
Envelopes are small letters, but rules vary by country. If your country charges import tax on mail, that cost is yours. We'll say so clearly on the shipping page.
Can I buy a past envelope?
When we have extras, they appear in the shop.
