Shipping and returns

We ship to the United States and Brazil. Club envelopes go out once a month; shop orders ship within a few business days.

Delivery times depend on the postal service in your country. Tracking is not available for every destination.

If your envelope arrives damaged or never arrives, write to us within 30 days and we'll send a replacement.

Because everything is made by hand and sent by mail, we don't accept returns. Cancellations of the club are always free.
